At Origami Customs, we want you to feel confident in your fit; however, due to the intimate nature of our handmade garments, we can only accept returns on unworn items with original tags in accordance with our hygiene standards. Custom-sized orders are final sale but eligible for fit adjustments to ensure your piece is perfect.

Ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the garment in its original packaging and include a note with your RA number and contact information.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a tracked shipping method and email us the tracking number to expedite your refund or store credit.
